Lots® is a Vision and Values driven leadership philosophy, a common
language and tool for leader, team and business development. It is
a tool for reflection, decision making, implementation and follow-up.
Lots®

• is supported by analysis process questions, and
• templates, reflection tools and reflection letters.
Lots® was developed in Scandinavia and is of course influenced by
its culture. Over the years we have seen 4 key characteristics in the
