I studied Business Administration and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics in the 1960s. During my time as a student I worked a lot as a travel guide and local manager in Italy and the Alps. My first job after graduation was for the Swedish Export Council and involved creating the necessary conditions for the organization's transformation to a commercial operation. This was a useful and instructive period which gave me a great opportunity to amongst other things learn how the governmental decision-making process works.
In my next job as Administration Manager for Swedfund, I built up a new organization from scratch. This job also involved travel to work in the Tropics. It was a valuable experience for me to see and try to understand alternatives to our western view of what is important in life.
Before I began working with Scandinavian Leadership, I was CEO for Scandinavian Service School's Swedish company. The business involved selling "charm courses" that had been developed jointly by SAS and Time Manager.
When I was introduced to Hans Åkerblom and learned about Lots® I realized that this was an exciting approach and a powerful tool for leadership. In 1987 I started to work with Scandinavian Leadership. During my years as certified in Lots® I have gained experience of all types of organizations and companies. I have worked with both private and public organizations. Varying from large companies listed on the stock exchange to small non-profit organizations; from local authorities, to county councils and central government authorities.
What I have enjoyed and still enjoy about working with Lots® is that I have had the possibility to become acquainted with the specifics of each work assignment and together with my clients achieve concrete results, both for individuals and for the organization. Each assignment is unique, every situation is unique and every solution is unique. With my long and broad experience as a foundation I look forward to my next assignment.
