Lots® has been a part of my professional life in 13 years, and I'm still fascinated by how this philosophy, common language and tool releases energy and focuses contributions towards a common goal.

I have experience from both private and public organisations with, leadership, project management, process improvements, cost reductions, technology development and teaching. I have a master degree in electro optics and a master degree in leadership focusing on leadership development, corporate culture and group dynamics. I also have a degree in complementary medicine.

For several years I worked in Telenor (the largest IT-company in Norway), I worked with technology development, tecnoeconomical analyses in an international group, cost reductions and project management. The last years in Telenor I was one of the program leaders in a project that should reduce costs in Telenor Networks with 1,4 billion NOK within 3 years and we succeeded. Before I left Telenor I worked as and advisor for project leaders and developed a project office together with my colleges.

The last couple of years I have led a nursing and caring department in Hurdal municipality. An exciting and challenging work with a very high focus on cost reductions.

The roads I have travelled through my 38 years have been exciting and developing. I'm married to Ann Kristin who has her main interests within art, ecological farming and personal development. She is now studying psycho-synthesis. And I am the father of 4 great kids in the age 7 to 11 years, two boys and two girls.

I am a seeking and engaged human being, my engagement leads to involvement for a development that I find meaningful. Just now I'm a part of the board in Kilden Ecosociety and I have several tasks in my local community. I have for several years focused on creating an ecovillage in Norway. This village is now being built in Hurdal municipality.
