During my career I have developed leaders, teams and the business I have worked in. It has come natural to me and therefore I had considered it to be one of my strengths. At one assignment, though, I was beginning to question my strengths. My task was to merge two global companies with personnel in 42 countries. The new management team consisted of members from three continents and we did not agree on where we were, for whom we existed and what we where going to deliver and why. It was a though situation.
 
At this point I was recommended Lots®. After five days in the management team, with the aid of an experienced facilitator, the management team were completely transformed. We ended up having a common view on the business and perhaps more important we were working as a team.
 
This was my first experience working with Lots®, seeing and experiencing the strengths of the process. With this experience in mind, the opportunity to contribute to the positive development of leaders, teams and businesses, I contacted Scandinavian Leadership when it was time for me to take on my next challenge.
 
Before joining Scandinavian Leadership I worked as Vice President for a global shared service provider for the Sandvik Group. In that role I have had several positions during the years. I have been in charge of Finance, Procurement, R&D, Marketing, Service management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Communication, Project Management office and global production. 
 
Prior to Sandvik I spent six years as regional manager for the nordic regions largest IT consultancy company. We built the region from scratch into one of the most profitable regions with a complete service offering. 
 
I have experience as chairman of the board from subsidiaries in Germany and Austria and have worked with cultural change and implementation globally. 
 
Regardless of my position or company I have always worked with creating efficient organizations that have been profitable, market/customer driven, and with high degree of employee and customer satisfaction. While at the same time very efficient at driving change without loosing energy. I have personally seen how important the three components Meaning, Joy and Financial Success are in being able to pursue long term, healthy business.
