Nine employees in Systembolaget AB have recently been certified as internal facillitators of Lots®).

 

The training days at Skarpö were filled with much curiosity, will, lovefulness and humor. And of course there were a lot of reflections and discussions when learning the philosophy and the tool of Lots®.

 

The internal facilitators are now ready to support leaders, and other colleagues, to be even more appreciated and successful, and thereby contribute to the development of Systembolaget AB.
