Specialfastigheter, wholly owned by the Swedish government under the Ministry of Finance, owns properties that are built for special purposes. Why did you start working with Lots®?
When we started working with Lots® we needed to develop our business planning in a more focused and effective way. Our greatest challenge was to increase the awareness of costs; both in our own organization and with our customers. At the same time we needed to strengthen the outside-in perspective within the organization.

 

What was the outcome of the business planning days?
We had an amazingly connected planning session where we all felt that we could “turn all rocks” and set a very concrete action plan for the continuing work. Thanks to the process of Lots® we got the time to talk through and process many questions that we most likely would have passed over too quickly otherwise.

What are the next steps for you?
In the next week we will go through everything with the participants who took part in the session. Then we start to live and act according to what we decided in the business plan. The next step is an updated and improved business plan; that process will start in early summer. Things are constantly changing, so we have to update our plan to stay current with reality.

We want to thank Carl Filip Bergendal from Scandinavian Leadership who led the session in a fantastic way.He kept us moving forward at a good pace and at the same time he had the awareness of when we needed to slow down and dig deeper in some issues.
