Scandinavian Leadership in Action
Every third month the Scandinavian Leadership Team gather to develop themselves and practice the use of the tool of Lots®. The founder, Hans Akerblom, is generous at sharing his wide experience as, of course, the senior facilitators are.
The main goal of the Development days is to become better and better at teaching and facilitating, and better at using the holistic tool.
One focus area is to practice the art of asking open questions. Sven Kempe, President of Linum AB, was visiting and kindly answered every question from the team. To be successful in this line of business, asking questions is crucial and to listen to the answers. Together with the Outside-in and Inside-out thinking this has been one of the success factors over the years. As most things in life this is an ongoing and continuous training.

This vision together with our values is the foundation on which we build for the future”, says Hans Akerblom.
As many other companies, Scandinavian Leadership, is experiencing a generation shift. Several new facilitators have joined because they share vision and values and want to contribute in making leaders succeed with their leadership. All have their own management experience, which makes it possible for them to understand the leader’s challenges.
