Sacci
Sacci Ryggsäckar develops and manufactures carrying equipment for professional use. The company originates from 1914 when Wiktor Haglöf started to produce and sell rucksacks for everyday use to lumberjack farmers in Dalarna, Sweden.
“We focus on quality and customer service in our business” says Claes Nideborn, CEO of Sacci. “We know that our products will be used daily for many years and based on that we choose design and materials. Our ambition is to produce very high quality equipment.”
Claes continues: “We have experience in producing ergonomic products and in co-operation with the customer we develop carrying equipment used by consumers daily. We meet the needs of our customers even if it means producing a product in a small scale. Aside from bags for medical equipment we are currently working with companies who manufacture computers, measuring instruments and control devises.”
Like all growing companies, Sacci suffers from what Claes Nideborn calls growing pains. In order to keep up their excellent quality and customer service they have chosen to focus on building a stabile platform to grow on. Sacci has chosen to work with Peter Hallberg of Scandinavian Leadership.
“The business of a company is never static. There is always something that needs to be improved. At the same time it’s healthy to look at your business from a customer point of view once in a while. Peter Hallberg and Lots® have helped us to move on and right now we are working on implementing our business plan in the whole company.”
