Roslagens Sparbank has spent time in Väddö, Roslagen, Sweden, where they have been working on a plan with the help of Lots®. “We have taken another step in our business development and we have learned to manage the process better. Now we feel more focused in our activities”, says Johan Smedman, CEO of Roslagens Sparbank. “The cooperation and communication among us has increased and we look to the future with confidence.”

 

The time spent in Väddö, was part of a continuing series of meetings to develop and extend the business plan for the next three years. This segment includes the 150-year anniversary of the bank. The work with Lots® has now come to the point of being added into the bank policy documents of guidance and control. “The entire bank is involved, everyone from the board to the tellers, says Johan Smedman.

 

At the end of June five new coaches will be certified at the bank with the guidance of Carl Filip Bergendal from Scandinavian Leadership.
