Lino Filippo Ciceri was certified as facilitator in Lots(R) in Vienna in 1986 with 7 other managers from several countries. He and his wife Nicoletta visited our office in Uppsala in August this year and shared his experiences with Lots(R).

 

He was the managing director of a multidivisional pharmaceutical company in Trieste, Italy at the time for his certification. Lino is a former research chemist and now, as a professor, he lectures at postgraduate institutions and advises private and public organizations in Europe, Asia and Africa through programs funded by international bodies. Previously, after completing his business studies at the London Business School and New York University, he undertook management projects in several industrial fields with SIAR-Gemini.

 

Lino sends a special message to Hans Akerblom and his colleagues at Scandinavian Leadership: "You showed me and many other managers around the world, how logical thinking can improve management practice."

 

Lino continues: "It has meant a lot to me that you introduced me to your process, Lots®. You have simplified so many things that are disturbing to many leaders. Your method can break a complicated over all plan into steps that we all can grasp."

 

Lino lives today with his family in Rome. He has summarized his view on management in his book "The Manager - why should anyone follow you?"
