I was certified in Lots(R) last week. It has been my wish since I first read about you Hans and Lots(R). During the certification program I developed the insight that all change starts with myself and that change is a constant state in our private and professional life. Over the past 20 years, as an individual and leader, I have been challenged in smaller and bigger issues by this constant change process. Lots(R) gives me the tool to reflect about myself, my role in the team and my role in the business in which I am involved in a structured way. The tool is easy to understand and to apply but best of all is that it really works, both in my private and professional life.
