Why did you choose to work with Scandinavian Leadership?

I had a very good experience from working with Lots® in a previous organization. I really like the method, the technique is simple and straight forward but at the same time very structured and comprehensive. Most importantly, the end result is a hands on plan for what to do and focus on for the next 1-3 years.

 

We needed to unite the organization around a common strategy. As our organization is standing on five different pillars I had identified the need to harmonize the corporate management around where we are going as a company. Carl Filip Bergendal from Scandinavian Leadership is very skilled as a facilitator, he has a very good feeling for knowing when to allow the discussion, when to stop but most importantly he makes sure the discussion leads towards the objective and he is very quick to provide guidance and suggestions when people move in the wrong direction.

 

What was the result of the workshop?
The first workshop resulted in a new corporate 3 year strategy covering everything from vision, mission, values, goals down to detailed action items for all the individual corporate managers.

Since we were pleased with the result of the first planning session, we assigned Scandinavian Leadership and Carl Filip again for a follow-up and update of our corporate plan. Our intent is to continue using Lots® going forward for our strategic corporate planning as the result is helpful both for our corporate management of the group but it is also appreciated input for our owners and Board of Director.
