Daniel Linde and Santosh Devasahayam met Hans Akerblom in Uppsala to talk about the updates of the Scandinavian Leadership website.

 

“I believe, young leaders should be exposed to the philosophy and tools of Lots® to approach challenges and to succeed in their personal, team and business lives with the Scandinavian approach to leadership as the backbone”, Santosh says. “We ourselves have practiced the Scandinavian approach in our leadership and it works excellently both in Sweden and in India helping us to have balance and harmony in all three areas of life.”

 

Daniel adds: ”Hans Akerblom has been a great inspiration for us in building our team in India, and his views on Scandinavian leadership and the benefits of reflecting before taking decisions have greatly impacted our team.”

 

Santosh has been running his team in India for the past ten years implementing a Scandinavian view on leadership.  Since 2003 both Santosh and Daniel have been working with Scandinavian Leadership and their website.
