Daiichi-Sankyo prepares for the future

The Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi-Sankyo is preparing for changes. Their shareholders recently approve a merger with Daichi Pharmaceutical. In the United States, the Biostatistics and Data Management group, led by Senior Director Bruce Dornseif Ph.D., recently met with John Dunnigan from Scandinavian Leadership, to reflect and decide upon how they could increase their efficiency and effectiveness. The group established goals of having the internal groups they support (clinical, regulatory and marketing) having the necessary data and analysis so that they are able to move pharmaceutical products toward the physician and patient.
