Certification in Lots®

Johan Eklöw led a certification program at Johannesberg castle, in the beautiful county of Uppland, close to Stockholm’s Arlanda airport. Five individuals where trained and certified in Lots®. Here are some of their comments:

 

Anders Pettersson from Ragn-Sells, Sweden´s leading company in resource and waste management: “The certification program was a very stimulating journey for me, both professionally, working with Lots® as a tool, but also in my personal life. I was first introduced to Lots® in 1997, and I really liked it. It was good then, but with more focus on vision and a common language it has become even better.“

What will happen now?
“The first thing I did after the certification program was to meet with the board of my company and present the plan. My job now is to handle the integration of a new company into Ragn-Sells. With the help of Lots® we are going to work on a business plan in all three sections of the company. I know that there is a lot of experience gathered within the International Network and I’m definitely going to use it.”

 

Leif Nyman works for AFA Försäkringar, a Swedish insurance company. “For me the certification program was a very positive experience. Johan created a great atmosphere where it was easy to get hold of Lots®. We mixed theory and practice in a wonderful way. I first encountered Lots® in the late 90’s when Hans Åkerblom held a business planning session in the company I worked for. I brought the “Lots® way of thinking” with me as well as the yellow card, which I still use today. The card has turned blue, but the way of thinking is still the same.

What will happen now?
I believe Lots® will be a great tool for me to support others in being successful at what they do.

 

Tone Loken works at the Norwegian bank Sparebank 1 Gruppen. “It was great. I feel that the certification program surprised me in a positive way and I learned a lot. We have used Lots® as our tool at Sparebank 1 Gruppen and before the certification program I had attended some strategy meetings. Now, in cooperation with Fredrik and Geirr (who also attended the program) I will handle more than 10 strategy meetings during the next few months using Lots® as my tool.
