For the first time in its history, AstraZeneca Clinical Research Department in Poland has employed a foreigner as leader. The choice is Sven Karlsson from Sweden. Sven says:” I wanted everyone in the management team to gather around the company’s history and from there work to have the same road map and common language. That is why I turned to Scandinavian Leadership, so that we, with the help of Lots® and a Lots facilitator could work this through.”

 

Why Lots®? “I have had good experiences with Lots® from my earlier responsibilities. It has been ten years since I worked with a facilitator with Lots® in this way and I’ve had the same positive experience now as then. The concept is the same.”
